When we seek silence for even a short time each day, we allow our souls to find solace and peace. It allows our busy minds to slow down and be more thoughtful about ourselves. Seek some silence in your daily life.

I just arrived in Ohio and I am visiting my daughter, son-in-law and two year old grandson. His laughter fills my heart with joy and makes my soul hum a happy tune. It is in the laughter of children that we become young once more.

“No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.”

Buddha

I may have used this quotation before in my past blogs but today is a day in which I chose to repost it. It is more than time to leave the past behind and begin again. You will not learn the lessons you must experience in this life if you continue to wallow in the past. Forgive others, forgive yourself and get moving forward.
